My wife and I have used Mages and Price for closing on properties since 2007 and recommended them to friends/family since our first experience working with them. The team takes excellent care of its clients by being extremely responsive, friendly, and happy to answer any questions and hold your hand as much as you need during the process. Gary Mages himself is a joy to chat with and just THE. NICEST. GUY. We cannot sing their praises enough and will never even consider using another firm for real estate needs. If you want peace of mind, knowing your work is in excellent and capable hands, choose Mages and Price and never look back. As an example, the first time we used their services, I was selling a condo and less than 30 days prior to closing the buyers wished to adjust the closing date to close at the end of the week, or push closing out by 2 months. I was working in Salt Lake City and the time and the team at Mages and Price ensured I was able to sign all required documents remotely and closed without my presence or additional time. While boarding my flight home, Gary called to confirm and congratulate me on the sale. I knew I’d never have to look for another real estate attorney based on that single experience, and 15 years later, Gary and the team are still the only attorneys I even consider calling for real estate needs.
